Palau Post Office offers services of different mail classes as well as for accountability mailing services to its valued customers on daily basis, for both domestic and international mailing.  
 
Under domestic mailing our Post Office does Priority Mail Express, First-Class Mail, and Priority Mail (air mail), at rates that are consistent with US mailing rates.  As for accountability services, anyone can send their mail at an additional cost using services  like certified, insured, registered, restricted delivery,  return receipt for any mail piece that needs to be accounted for.  As for the weight limit for domestic mail, it is set at 70 lbs. (31.75 kgs) maximum.   For the maximum size of individual mail piece; it must not exceed 108 inches in length and girth combined.
 
Under international mailing, our Post Office does Priority Mail Express International, Priority Mail International, and First-Class Mail International.  As for mailing accountability, our Office can also register, insured, as well as providing for return receipt of mail delivery for international countries. The rates vary for individual countries based on the group assignment.  However, the services provided above are required to be verified with the rules and regulations set forth in International Mail Manual that USPS adheres to.  This refers to the individual country’s required exceptional consideration as for the weight restrictions, availability of accountable service, as well as goods prohibition status based on individual country’s requirements. 
 
In addition to the aforementioned details, our office also affixes tracking labels on every mail piece prior to its shipment via air lift, for scanning purposes.  For every mail that originates from our destination, our customers can access its tracking and transit data through www.USPS.com.  It is an additional service that has been implemented to enable our customers the convenience and security for their mail shipments. Finally, the Palau Post Office drives on its mission daily to provide optimal and efficient postal services at fair and reasonable rates and fees.  Our main objective is to receive, transmit, and deliver written and printed matters, parcels, and like materials and provide such other services incidental that it finds appropriate to its functions and in the public interest.
